This screen is used to view and/or amend details for the children who are booked to attend the service on this date.
The sign in sheet shows fields for the childs name, the booked times, the actual attended times, attendance type, funding type, a comments field and a radio button to indicate if the child is to be charged fees for the day. This screen also displays any "20 hours ECE" hours that have been attested on the child's timetable.
Important Note: In order to calculate and apply the 3 Week Absence rule correctly, Infocare requires the sign in sheets to be updated in date order. For example, when updating sign in sheets please ensure that Monday is updated before Tuesday etc.
Note: If you have marked the Centre Calendar with "Emergency Close" or "Service Open - Holiday Period With No Attendances" on this day, mark all children as "Absent".
If your Service uses GoDigital!
If an attendance time has been recorded in GoDigital, on the Infocare sign in sheet, the attendance field will show highlighted in grey and you will not be able to change the attendance times from the Infocare sign in sheet.
If these times require modification, sign into GoDigital! and make the required changes via:
Admin Portal > Children > Child Attendance.
If an attendance time is still showing highlighted in yellow on the Infocare sign in sheet, this is because the child's attendance times have not yet been recorded in GoDigital!.
